The requirements for an EM Account Password are:
• At least 15 characters
• Uppercase letter (1/3)
• Lowercase letter (1/3)
• Number (1/3)
• Symbol (1/3)
Please make sure that you are have all of those requirements fulfilled.
We recommend making a password of two words, separated by a hyphen and a symbol.
This tends to make an easy to remember password of at least 15 characters.
After successfully changing your password, it should sync to the EM network (wi-fi authentication, computer/intranet login, reporting portal, etc) within around five minutes.

Please note: Once the password has been changed or reset, please restart your computer and login under 'Other User' using your full EM email and new EM Account Password.

• Click 'Can't access your account?'
• Click Work or school account'
• Follow the reset instructions
