To share access to viewing one of your Freshservice tickets with another staff member, please see the steps below.


In your open ticket in the Freshservice portal:
• Click the 'Share' button 



• On the next screen, enter the emails of the staff member or members that you would like to give access to your Freshservice ticket via the portal, then click submit



• This will give those staff access to your ticket (again, this permission cannot be revoked, so share tickets with caution)
