When creating a ticket, please be sure to select the relevant category as best you can, as this will help determine to which IT department your request is sent.

Please do not forward any emails to the Freshservice email address that you receive notifications from.

Technical Support

The Freshservice ticketing system is EM's main method of providing IT support, for both the Business IT and Health Informatics departments.
It allows staff to go to a central location to create a ticket requesting support for new issues, as well as to be able to check on the status of any open or past tickets.

When creating a ticket, please be sure to select the category that best fits the issue/request that you would like to make, as the category determines to which department your ticket is routed.

Choosing the correct category will also help insure that we are able to assist you as quickly as possible.
