The Timeline begins when the requester completes both the ticket and the cover sheet for the requested contract.  The timeline will end when the contract is fully approved.*  


*NOTE: The end of the timeline is NOT when the contract is signed. If there is a hard signature date, please provide that information on the ticket and/or cover sheet to make it very clear.  We can adjust the timeline to meet your needs.


To get a contract reviewed you MUST select Contract Amendment, Contract Renewal, or New Contract.  This will trigger fields asking for the information we need and when reviewed you will be provided a DocuSign envelope to complete the cover sheet.** 


**NOTE: Not all reviewers will be familiar with your program, related requirements, and/or the purpose of the contract. Please provide as much information as you can in the cover sheet, including a summary of the contract purpose so the review will meet the needs of your program/department.
